Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, develop and create jewelry designs as assigned by our lead designer.
  • Rapid prototyping and product testing using CAD, 3D printing, wax carving, lost wax casting, and bench finishing skills.
  • Take ideas from concept to product spec sheet with limited supervision.
  • Create intermediate jewelry pieces from start to finish with limited supervision.
  • Communicate ideas and create product spec sheets for our production team using a combination of sketches, photoshop documents, and CAD files.
  • Prepare for design review meetings on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Review samples and prototypes and resolve manufacturing and/or design issues.
  • Review production team technical drawings and CAD files for technical viability and provide technical feedback to production team members.
  • Research and identify trends and opportunities for new designs. Analyze trends in sales data to understand what is selling, and to inform decisions on new product development.
  • Perform routine cleaning and organizational activities for bench and design library areas.
  • Support on various other design, social media, marketing, production, organization, order fulfillment activities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in jewelry, metals, CAD/CAM, design, or art.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Jewelry Designer and Bench Jeweler.
  • Extensive knowledge of rapid prototyping and product testing using CAD, 3D printing, wax carving, lost wax casting, and bench finishing skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of jeweler's tools, machinery and equipment, along with extensive knowledge of gemology, metals, jewelry manufacturing techniques.
  • Intermediate skills as a Bench Jeweler (proficient at soldering, simple stone setting, wax carving, lost-wax casting, electroplating, forging, and polishing).
  • Programs: fluent in Rhino (or equivalent CAD program), organic modeling/Sculpture programs (Meshmixer, ZBrush or equivalent), and Adobe Photoshop.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings to appropriately monitor and direct development of production of new products.
  • Ability to design and create while preserving brand aesthetics and possess a genuine passion for unique and innovative work.
  • An open mind and a strong ability to continuously receive constructive feedback. Ability to manage project goals and associated deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs quickly.
  • Experienced professional who possesses an exceptional standard of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • A team player who has a strong sense of responsibility and strong work ethic, who goes the extra mile to get the job done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain multiple marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels simultaneously for customer acquisition, re-targeting, and retention. Deliver expected ROI and ensure that campaigns are executed within budget.
  • Continual analysis and optimization of marketing campaigns with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Develop and execute Shopify conversion rate optimization strategies that drive sales and improve website user experience. Monitor Shopify website performance and propose improvements in promotional strategies including pop-ups, cross-selling and upselling, etc.
  • Build and optimize email content (promotional, triggered, automated, transactional), email cadence, and segmentation strategies.
  • Research, develop, and implement a social media strategy to aggressively grow our Instagram and Tiktok following, build brand awareness and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in preferably Marketing, Communications, or Business
  • 5+ years professional experience working in digital marketing in a relevant industry or at relevant marketing agencies, with a proven track record of success in building and executing effective marketing campaigns.
  • Expertise and deep understanding of DTC eCommerce and digital marketing best practices, including but not limited to, email marketing, social media marketing, paid display ads, influencer marketing, SEO & SEM.
  • Expertise in Shopify, FB/Insta Ads Manager, Google Ads and Analytics, Klaviyo or similar email marketing platform.
  • Intermediate knowledge of TikTok Ads, Youtube Ads, Pinterest Ads.
  • Experienced professional with a passion for digital marketing and social media, and an obsession with understanding why certain marketing content converts / goes viral.
  • Data-driven specialist with strong analytical skills who can analyze multiple streams of information to identify optimization and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, propose, and produce day to day Instagram/Tiktok content such as stories, feed posts and video content (Reels and Tiktoks).
  • Manage and maintain multiple social media channels simultaneously for audience engagement, acquisition and retention, and to provide friendly customer service.
  • Develop content ideas and strategies for Instagram and TikTok, focusing on Behind-the-scenes, design processes, product launches, jewelry making.
  • Research, develop, and implement a social media strategy to aggressively grow our Instagram and Tiktok following, build brand awareness and engagement.
  • Develop and maintain organic and genuine relationships with external content creators / influencers and oversee ongoing gifting efforts.
  • Create and manage a social media content calendar. Maintain a consistent posting schedule, ensuring a steady flow of fresh and relevant content.
  • Maintain and organize visual libraries and databases of images & videos, wardrobe, jewelry, and shoot props, etc.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing team to align social media content with the overall marketing/design strategies and objectives. Create social media content that is able to be used on other marketing channels (emails, paid display ads, etc.)
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics and trends to optimize performance, track progress (views, engagement, and audience growth,etc.), and provide regular updates to the marketing team on content performance and audience insights.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in preferably Marketing, Communications, Art, Design, or Photography / Videography.
  • 4+ years professional experience of social media content creation, management, communications, planning, and execution, with a proven track record of success in managing a successful social media account and growing audience engagement and gaining new followers, preferably in a similar niche.
  • Experienced content creator with a genuine passion for social media, and an obsession with learning and understanding why certain content goes viral.
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of trending social media platforms (Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Youtube, etc.) Up-to-date knowledge of evolving social platform trends & strategies.
  • Experienced photographer/videographer with the ability to capture interesting, engaging, and captivating content.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing Reels & TikToks, including the use of video editing tools such as Capcut.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing photos, including the use of photo editing tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom.
